Our training academy is the beating heart of how we build and maintain expertise – turning knowledge and understanding into skills that, ultimately, save lives. It is home to onboarding, regular training, and continuing professional development (CPD) courses for all our people, while also allowing clients and industry professionals access to practical, specialist fire safety training. With realistic training environments and hands-on learning, the academy offers an immersive approach that ensures our people are prepared not just in theory, but in practice – ready to deliver compliant, high-quality work from day one.
